KADP cable entry system offers a simpler and faster assembly for inserting and sealing cables for enclosures, machines and junction boxes. Through the pre-punched membrane, standard cables with diameters from 1.5mm to 20mm can be simply pushed into the control cabinets, panels or machines, and sealing with an IP66 rating. In comparison to traditional cable glands and cord grips, the cable entry system provides 10 times faster assembly time and a higher packing density, thanks to the tight fitting entry points. The frame of the cable entry plate is made of a robust hard plastic molded with industry grade elastomer and it provides a simple & quick tool-free installation by snapping it into a rectangular opening. The KADP series fits into a standard cutout for the size of 24-pin industrial multipole connectors (11mm x 36mm) and can be mounted in a wall with a thickness from 1.5mm to 2mm. If the thickness is greater than 2mm the cable entry plate can be attached with M5 screws.

Mencom CSH Series “SQUICH” spring terminal rectangular connectors offer ease of use and cost savings on any harsh manufacturing floors and rugged industrial environments by providing quick-connect solutions for a variety of production machinery. Each of the spring terminals has an actuator button incorporated in the cavity. When this button is pressed with a finger, it triggers the closure of the spring device of the corresponding terminal, safely and reliably connecting the conductor to its respective electric contact in the connector. To reopen the terminals, simply insert the tip of a common flat blade screwdriver in the pocket on the actuator, and using a levering motion, gently press the screwdrivers downwards. This will lift up the actuator back to the “open terminal” position. CSH series “SQUICH” is available in 6, 10, 16, 24, 32 and 48 pole configuration.
The cabling time of the SQUICH connector can be 50% quicker than the screw-type connection and 20% quicker than the conventional spring-type connection, and CSH connector inserts can be mated with the corresponding inserts of series CNE, CSE, CCE, CTE, CTSE, CN, CT and CSS. They also offer gastight connections to meet the needs found in some hazardous and controlled production environments.
